Where it is
Since 1 July 2025 Tây Hồ ward has combined the former Bưởi ward with parts of Quảng An, Nhật Tân, Tứ Liên, Yên Phụ, Thụy Khuê, Phú Thượng, Xuân La and Nghĩa Đô. Xuân Diệu street and Phủ Tây Hồ temple are in this ward.
The lake
Hồ Tây (West Lake) is the largest lake in Hanoi, about 500 ha. Trấn Quốc pagoda, founded in the 6th century, stands on the lake.
Getting around
Hoàn Kiếm Lake is 4.5–7.5 km away. Nội Bài airport is closer from here than from the old quarter: 21.5–25.5 km.
