About the platform
VoxViet is an information platform for Russian-speaking expats in Vietnam, where users post listings and talk to each other themselves.
VoxViet is not an agency: housing, listings, services, jobs, transport, tours and meetups are posted by users themselves, including partners, realtors and agencies.
Who runs the site
The site voxviet.com is administered by DENI-GRUPP LLC (INN 5007117448, OGRN 1225000122390), address: office 410, 5 Professionalnaya St., Dmitrov, Moscow Region, 141800, Russia. General director: Daniel Sergeevich Krokhmal.

Who may use the platform
Anyone who, under the law of their country, may independently enter into the transactions they make through the platform — paying, selling, renting out or renting — may use VoxViet. If such a transaction requires the consent of a parent or guardian, the user obtains it themselves. VoxViet is not a party to transactions between users.
The Meet people section is only for users aged 18 or over; its rules are in the Meet people rules.
Registration
To register, you accept these terms and give separate consent to the processing of your personal data under the Privacy policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.
Rules of use
- Do not post false information or mislead other users
- Do not advertise illegal goods or services
- Do not violate the rights of others
- Users are responsible for what they post
Posts and how they are checked
- Housing added from the cabinet appears in the catalogue after a moderator approves it.
- Listings, services, jobs, transport and tours are published at once; the site administration checks them when someone complains and may take them down.
- Meetups are published at once; the site administration may remove a meetup if it breaks the rules or someone has complained about it.
- Forum topics and replies are published at once; a moderator may delete a topic.
- Reports to the blacklist are published after a moderator checks them.
- Blog posts are published after the site's moderation checks them; the blog rules are on the Blog rules page.
- The «VoxViet partner» badge marks the posts of an account whose representative the VoxViet team has met online and asked for the business's documents. A partner signs in with email, password and a personal partner code. The administration may revoke the code — the badge then disappears.
Paid services
Posting listings beyond the monthly limit is a paid service: its terms, payment and refunds are set out in the Public offer.
Personal data
- What data we receive, why, who we pass it to and how to delete it is described in the Privacy policy.
- When you publish a listing, a property, a service, a job, a meetup, a review or a message, you make it and the contacts in it visible to every visitor of the site. Your name and profile photo are shown next to it, and for housing also the phone number and messengers from your profile.
- Do not publish other people's personal data (names, phone numbers, photos, documents) without their consent. A moderator publishes blacklist reports only after checking them; the site administration may delete any post with other people's data.
- By sending a booking request, you agree that the property owner receives your name, email, phone number and message.
- You can have your account deleted by writing to [email protected]; what remains afterwards is described in the policy.
Liability
The platform is not responsible for transactions between users. We recommend checking the information before signing a rental agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by notifying users on the site. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the changes.
