The customer is a registered user of the site who pays for a listing.
Subject of the offer
The provider publishes one of the customer's listings in the chosen section of voxviet.com; a published listing is shown in its section for 30 days.
A paid listing is needed once the free monthly limit is used up: within the limit a private account posts 3 listings per calendar month and a business account (a VoxViet partner — the status is granted by the site's administration, see Prices) 10. There is one limit for the whole site, and it renews on the first day of each month.
«Early start» offer: an account registered on or before 30 November 2026 (Vietnam time) posts listings with no limit and no payment for the first 14 days after sign-up. After that, the terms of this offer apply.
The forum and meetups are not covered by this offer: they are outside the limit and are not paid for.
Price and taxes
The price of one listing depends on the section and is shown in rubles on the Prices page. The price shown there at the moment of payment applies.
Not subject to VAT (automated simplified taxation system).
Payment
Payment is one-off, for each listing separately, by bank card through the bank's payment service.
A listing is paid for before it is published. By paying, the customer accepts this offer in full.
There are no bundles, subscriptions, bumps or paid highlighting.
Rendering of the service and listing period
The service counts as rendered at the moment the listing is published on the site.
A published listing stays in its section for 30 days, then leaves the section and stays in the customer's account. It can be posted again within the month's limit, or beyond the limit on the same payment terms.
Rules, moderation and liability
A listing must follow the Listing rules and the User agreement. The customer is responsible for the content of their listing; otherwise the parties' liability is as set out in the User agreement.
Housing is published after a moderator checks it. The provider may reject a listing before publication or take down a published listing if it breaks the rules.

Changes to the offer
The provider may change the offer by publishing a new version on this page; a paid listing is governed by the version in force at the moment of payment.
