City centre ("European Quarter")
Central Nha Trang along the city beach and Trần Phú street: the beachfront, markets and the railway station are all close.

Nha Trang is a beach resort city on the South China Sea coast. A 6-kilometre seafront, warm sea all year round, well-developed infrastructure and a large Russian-speaking community.
Best season: January to August. Rainy season: September to December. Average water temperature is +28°C, air +30°C.
A Russian-speaking community: restaurants, shops, doctors and realtors that work in Russian.
Since 1 July 2025 the former city of Nha Trang has been split into four wards (phường): Nha Trang, Bắc Nha Trang, Tây Nha Trang and Nam Nha Trang (Resolution No. 1667/NQ-UBTVQH15). Listings and locals still use the old neighbourhood names, and that is how people choose where to live. Below are the five districts people search for most.
There is no single "Russian district" in Nha Trang. Most Russian speakers live in the centre near the beachfront and in the north, around Hòn Chồng. There is no Russian consulate in Nha Trang: the nearest consulates general are in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
Bãi Dài beach belongs to Cam Lâm, not to Nha Trang: about 31 km from the centre and 8 km from Cam Ranh airport.
How to rent a home and what you pay for electricity — see "Renting an apartment in Nha Trang" (in Russian).
Distances are by road, measured on OpenStreetMap in October 2026.
Central Nha Trang along the city beach and Trần Phú street: the beachfront, markets and the railway station are all close.
North Nha Trang across the Cái river: the Hòn Chồng rocks, the Po Nagar towers and its own beach — quieter than the centre.
A residential district in north Nha Trang next to Hòn Chồng: Vĩnh Hải market, 2 Tháng 4 and Phạm Văn Đồng streets.
Southern Nha Trang: the Phước Long and Vĩnh Trường neighbourhoods, close to Cầu Đá port and the cable car to Hòn Tre island. The closest to the airport.
A residential development on a hillside between the mountain and the sea in south Nha Trang: villas and apartments, next to the Vinpearl cable car and Cầu Đá port.
